For more than two decades, the senior human-capital conversation in the Arab world has been conducted in venues that were not built for it, international forums imported from Western markets, regional spinoffs of global brands, consultancy-led roundtables whose frameworks were designed for organisations and contexts very different from our own. The Kingdom and the broader Gulf have been the audience for that conversation. We have rarely been the convener of it.
The HUMAN Summit Riyadh is built to change that. The Founding Edition, held on 30 and 31 March 2027 in Riyadh, is the Arab world's first rigorous, evidence-based, executive-grade human-capital convening, bilingual from inception, anchored in a proprietary methodology developed across more than a decade of practice.
The proposition is not a slogan. It is the operating premise that shapes every choice, the speaker line-up, the methodology half-day, the audience composition, the awards programme, the content tracks, the partnership architecture. Every detail is calibrated to honour the proposition that the human dimension is not one consideration among many for an executive agenda. It is the consideration that determines whether the others can be delivered at all.
There will only be one Founding Edition. Year 2 begins the moment Year 1 closes. Every subsequent edition references this stage as its origin. The names that appear in Riyadh in March 2027 will be named in the summit's history for as long as the summit exists.
